  • Bookings will be confirmed only if an advance payment of 50% is made within 01 week of the original reservation, if not the reservation will be automatically cancelled
  • Full payment for a reservation has to be made 25 days prior to the date of arrival 
  • Due to Security reasons the scheduled Perahera Route might be changed by the Dalada Maligawa and if the route is changed without prior notice Queen’s Hotel will not be responsible and no refunds will be made, an alternative comfortable viewing facility will be provided to the effected guests free of charge.
